For the production of turned parts, we have CNC lathes with a capacity of up to Ø 450 mm and a product length of 1250 mm. The conventional lathes offer the possibility to process products with a diameter of up to 500 mm and a product length of 2000 mm

Our 5-axis CNC milling machines offer a product capacity of 800 x 500 x 400 mm x 360°. A boring mill is available for larger products up to a size of 1600 x 1000 x 1000 mm.

Our surface grinding machine offers a capacity of up to 800 x 500 mm. This enables us to fit your components to the required mounting dimensions.

We offer all common welding processes for steel and aluminum as well as brazing. A component weight of up to 3.5 t is possible.

Both welded frames and frames made of aluminum profiles are part of our range of services. If desired, the welded frames can then be stress-free annealed in a partner company.

The assembly of assemblies, which we manufacture for you, is also possible. Our fitters have extensive experience in the mechanical and electrical installation of small and large assemblies.

A 35 m² spray booth is available for painting work. All colors can be applied according to your wishes. There is also a burnishing bath for small parts for the surface treatment of steel parts.
Other surface treatment methods such as anodizing or hardening of parts are available in our partner network.

To ensure product quality, we have a temperature-controlled measuring room with a 3D measuring machine for products up to a size of 400 x 600 x 800 mm. An untempered assembly measuring machine with a capacity of 1000 x 1000 x 1500 mm is available for larger products.

A 3D printer for the SLA process (use of resin) with a construction space of 140 x 140 x 160 mm is available for the production of test parts or complex plastic parts. By using different types of resin, a wide range of applications can be covered.

We offer various methods for the permanent and secure marking of parts. In addition to engraving and needling component markings, we also offer laser labeling of components.
