The feeding of parts is a central point to connect storage and production. In this area, we offer highly flexible systems that make parts of ordered and unordered situations available for the subsequent processes. You determine whether the parts arrive on aligned goods carriers, in blisters, in stackable containers, on pallets or as bulk goods. If necessary, the feeding system analyzes the position of the parts in space and in movement. If required, the machine immediately checks product and quality-related characteristics such as type, codes, shape, weight, etc. in comparison with your production control system.
After the process, they are taken from the production line or a single machine. The output takes place according to your specifications on goods carriers, in containers or on pallets. As far as the parts allow, stacking schemes are always used. You can freely influence the schemes in the machine or via a PC within the technological framework. The parts can be classified according to specifications. Ink, laser or mechanical markings are also frequent system components.
In many cases it is necessary to fundamentally adapt the technical designs to the existing installed technology. To this end, as far as technically possible, we manufacture our palletizing systems both in a classic way, i.e. with axes and guides, and as a robot-supported solution. Combinations with special boundary conditions are also possible.

You can achieve this with the buffer system from HELLER. You determine whether the buffer system should also carry out production changes during operation or quality assurance checks. It is possible to dispense individual parts or entire lots into a movable container.
No handling without suitable gripping: every product has its own boundary conditions as to how it should be gripped. We offer systems for this that enable both mechanically positive and non-positive gripping. Alternatively, holding on with vacuum technology is just as possible as fixing the products magnetically. For this purpose, the gripping technology is equipped with sensors in such a way that position and force tracking, component tolerances or safety-related actions can be easily integrated.
